Perianal basal cell carcinoma: An uncommon localization.

چکیده
To the Editor, Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is one of the most common cutaneous malignancies. Although it constitutes 75% of non-melanoma cutaneous malignancies, it develops in the perianal region in less than 1% of cases (1,2). Even though histopathologic findings of BCC developing in the perianal region are similar to those of BCC seen in other regions, perianal cancers behave much more aggressively (1,3,4).
